Where's the car?
Free within 10 miles of our Bridgend base. Further out, travel is £2.50 per mile beyond the first 10 — so 20 miles away adds £25.

Arrival time: we may run over from the job before yours, so please allow a 1-hour window for us to arrive after your slot starts — e.g. between 9am and 10am for a morning slot. We'll message you when we're on our way.

Before you book
Do you need my water or electric?
No. The van carries its own water, generator and pressure washer. If a tap is easier and you're happy for us to use it, that's fine too.
How much space do you need?
Roughly a parking bay plus room to walk around the car, and somewhere nearby for the van. Driveways, work car parks and quiet streets all work.
How long does it take?
A deep clean is booked as a half-day slot — 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm — and two or three cars take the full day. An exterior detail takes about an hour per car, plus 15 minutes for each extra.
What if it rains?
Light rain is workable for most of it. If the forecast means we can't do the job properly, we'll move you rather than rush it.
What time will you arrive?
A job before yours can overrun, so please allow a 1-hour window for us to arrive from the start of your booking. We'll message you when we're on our way.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within 10 miles of our base in Bridgend (CF32 9SQ). Beyond that it's £2.50 per extra mile — 20 miles away adds £25, 30 miles adds £50.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, paid by card when you book: £20 for a deep clean on one car, £50 for two or three cars, or £20 for an exterior detail. It comes off your final price, and the rest is paid on the day. Cancel at least 7 days before and we'll refund it in full; after that, or if we can't get to the car, the deposit is kept.
Will the price change on the day?
The price you see is based on what you tell us. If the car is a different size or in a very different condition to what was booked, we'll talk to you before starting — never after.
